New companies both in Latvia and Estonia are operating since November: OPS LV SIA and OPS EST OU.
Currently, OPS is a new trademark, the brand awareness of which is growing rapidly, that specializes in the regulation and assistance of insurance claims, and which was formerly known as APRIL or under the former brand name “Coris”, acting as a service provider in contingency management and/or assistance since16 November 1995. The main founder and sole shareholder was the French capital company “April International” until 28 May 2018, however, the composition of the controlling shareholders has changed since then and therefore companies “OPS LT” and “OPS Lietuva Assistance” have become Lithuanian capital companies. The continuation and development of the business within Baltic countries resulted in the establishment of new undertakings in Latvia – OPS LV SIA and in Estonia – OPS EST OU.
